Match Made in Purgatory
Mike Hooper: Drums
Pat Téa: Vocals and guitars
Pat and Mike couldn't be more different as human beings. In fact, if they were to randomly meet at a bar in Toronto, Canada (where they are from), they would probably nod at each other and head in the opposite directions. It's amazing what music can do. There's an unspoken and undeniable bond between these two musicians when they jam in a room together. Having each been in tons of bands before this project, they'll be the first to tell you that this chemistry is only achieved in very rare occasions.
They met through Craigslist after each of them went through audition after audition for almost a whole year proving that they were willing to go at any lengths to find someone who shares that same passion to make music that moves them. They knew right away from their very first jam session, that they stumbled on something special. Something that needed to be pursued to the maximum and something that needed to be captured through their original songs. Witch of November is the result of that neverending drive and need for self expression through music that will keep these friends waving the rock and roll flag way up high for a long time.
